Orders made are subject to acceptance and availability and may be cancelled by The Bra Closet if items become unavailable. The contract officially exists between yourself and The Bra Closet once your parcel has been dispatched.

The Bra Closet is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Any information provided by you when viewing/ordering from this website will be used only strictly in accordance with this statement. You may visit the site without registering if you so wish.
The Bra Closet does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when required to do so as part of order fulfillment.
The data collected on our site is used for
i) The taking and fulfilling of customer orders
ii) Internal account /record keeping
iii) Occasional email contact regarding special offers, new stock items etc.
When paying by credit card or paypal, financial information is not received or held by The Bra Closet. If you were to contact us and pay by credit/debit card over the phone, The Bra Closet would need to take your card details in order to process the payment. This information however would not be held by The Bra Closet once the transaction had been completed. Any financial details received would be destroyed at this point.
You do not need cookies enabled to purchase from this website, but cookies are used within the website for administration purposes and to further enhance The Bra Closet.
We do not sell, lease or otherwise transfer to third parties your personal information for the purpose of marketing from such companies, and will only pass on information if required by law to do so.
If you wish to unsubscribe from email newsletters, please follow the link within the email received.
All payments and purchases made through this website are sent through secure servers via Paypal. Payment is accepted by credit/debit card or by Paypal. Orders can also be made by credit/debit card over the phone. Please note that payment references on statements will be The Bra Closet.
Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. We aim to process your refund within 48 hours of cancellation request being received.
Our aim is to dispatch all in stock items within 24 hours of receipt of payment. If your order includes items with a delayed dispatch of 5-7 workdays, you will be advised of this on both the product and basket page. This is advised before you purchase. If you complete your order and subsequently decide to cancel, please contact us.
Our standard FREE UK delivery service is via Royal Mail 2nd Class post. There are options to upgrade to UK 1st Class, Signed For or Special Next Day Delivery. UK mainland orders shipped via our FREE service should be delivered in 3-5 working days.
Our standard International shipping service is Royal Mail International Airmail Small Parcels and shipped orders should delivered in 5-10 working days. Please note that restrictions imposed in some countries from time to time may extend this general guide.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We offer a 100% refund or exchange guarantee as long as the item is returned in its original condition.
If you wish to return an item for any reason, please complete the returns form enclosed with your parcel.
Exchanges are available where required item is in stock or available for us to order.
We aim to process refunds within five workdays of receipt of returned goods.

PARCEL NON RECEIPT
Please be aware that you must allow 18 (eighteen) working days for receipt of UK orders, 23 (twenty three) working days for receipt of International Europe orders, and 28 (twenty eight) working days for receipt of International Rest Of World orders before an order can be considered 'missing' or 'lost in post'.
Please contact us after this time to take action - this is a requirement stipulated by Royal Mail and one over which we have no control.
