Standard postage rates per order are as follows:

UK - £2.00
Europe - £3.00
Rest Of World - £4.00

Above rates are regardless of number of Items ordered. Items which may have to be sent seperately will qualify for FREE postage

For a limited period, all orders with a total spend of £50 or over will be sent FREE of charge

Postage method

Items are sent within the UK by 1^st class standard post
Europe and rest of world postage is by Airmail small packets.
We may choose to send items by recorded delivery, dependant on value and at no cost to yourself.

We aim to despatch within 48hrs of payment received,

Items are either wrapped in tissue paper or sent in their manufacturers box, or cellophane.

All items are sent in plain, discreet packaging.

Please contact us before returning any item by emailing sales@thebracloset.co.uk and give the following information:

Invoice Number
Your details
Reason for the return
Whether an exchange or refund is required

Refund Policy

Contact to be made within 7 days of receipt advising of requirement to return
Item to be returned within 14 days, unworn and in original packaging
All supplied tags to still be attached
Return postage cost is at the expense of the buyer unless item is faulty or we have made an error
Refund will include original postage cost providing contact has been made within 7 days of receipt
Refund will exclude original postage cost if no contact is made, or contact is made after 7 days of receipt
Refund will be via the same method as payment

Exchange Policy

Contact to be made within 7 days of receipt advising of requirement to return
Item to be returned within 14 days, unworn and in original packaging.

Return postage costs are at the expense of the buyer, unless item is faulty or we have made an error
Exchange is subject to stock
Exchange item to be sent free of charge

Sorry, but due to reasons of hygiene refunds or exchanges are not available on briefs of any type unless faulty.

Hosiery may only be returned if it is still in its unopened manufacturers packaging.

Please Note:
To qualify for free postage your order must total £50 or over. If you subsequently need to return part of your order for a refund, causing the remaining order to fall below the qualifying amount, your refund will be for the total of the goods returned less the relevant postage charge.
